ENTRY FEES (1975)

Private Entry  – $125  (average national wage in September 1975 was $145)

  • Car had to be in the name of one of the crew members
  • The registered owner had to be a crew member
  • The entry was to be construed by the organisers are not receiving substantial commercial support

Minor Trade Entry – $175

  • The registered owner had to be a crew member
  • The entry was to be construed by the organisers are not receiving support from a vehicle manufacturer or distributor

Major Trade Entry – $400

  • The entry was not contributable directly to a manufacturer
  • The entry was to be construed by the organisers are not receiving support from a vehicle manufacturer

Manufacturer Entry – $600

Service Crew Registration – $25

STARTING ORDER

The start order was based on seeding (after 1974) within the following categories:

  • Category 1 – drivers listed as seeded rally or long distance drivers as per FIA Year Book or subsequent bulletins;
  • Category 2 – drivers who had been graded in the first three general classification of one or more FIA rallies of the FIA Rally Championship during the period 1970-1974;
  • Category 3 – drivers who had finished up to and including third outright in an international status rally since January 1972;
  • Category 4 – drivers who had finished up to and including twelfth outright in an international status rally since January 1972, or finished up to and including sixth in a national championship rally since January 1972;
  • Category 5 – drivers who had been classified as a finisher in an international status rally, or finished up to and including twelfth in a national championship rally;
  • Category 6 – drivers who were not included in the above.

Any change of driver led to reclassification to meet the replacing driver’s qualification.

FIA Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 only as the event was a round of the FIA Drivers Cup.
